i've been a qpr fan (and a football lover - the two go hand in hand - really!) since i was about 8 years old,

but this season i've accepted an awful truth...

I DON'T LOVE EITHER OF THEM ANYMORE!

in fact i've grown heartily sick of all the totally wank "culture" that now surrounds a game that used to be, for me,

mostly about playing with a ball in the most entertaining way possible

(and maybe a few drinks thrown in later)...

but with the interminable vacuous speculation and prurient inane gossip and

endless fake emotion and dreary face painting and continuous absurd hyperbole and

useless spoilt 'superstars' and third away strips and fucking sound fx noises

and "football's coming home" and "vindaloo" and money money money money money...

AAAAGH! I'VE HAD ENOUGH!

so. goodbye sky shite. goodbye tabloid toss. goodbye ch5 challiteration...

goodbye football.

(but these are still my favourite all-time qpr 'greats' - happier times!!!)
