I got lucky enough to find this thing online. It is one of my favored listens while reading on a gray day. I look forward to being able to pay for it, as part of a wish deluxe edition, that and having a high quality version. :)
Lost Wishes
This is one of my favourite Cure releases in a very offbeat sort of sense. Its sets a dreamy thoughtful mood when the mood needs it, especially when its rainy and grey. Oh atmosphere!
Excellent Material
These four songs are great, the writing lyrically and musically is A-side. Cloudberry is probably my favorite, it has a quality similar to 'Out of This World' or 'Pictures of You' and is just as good. Can't wait for Wish to release on Deluxe to get these (fingers crossed). There are additional songs that were available on a second "Lost Wishes" EP as well, I can't remember what it was called (it had another name, not 'lost wishes'), but it had these four songs as well as 3 or 4 complete other songs not included on Wish. There was a drawing of an elephant on the cassette tape artwork, I recall. All good stuff.
