can't wait!!
Well, this will be my 3rd Cure show but my wife's first. We're driving up from Seattle for the BC show. Since others seem to be throwing out requests, I thought I'd throw out my own personal hopefuls.
I would love to hear "Last Day of Summer" and/or "Maybe Someday"... or even "Out of This World". It seems the boys seldom play much from the Bloodflowers album, which is a shame because it is an amazing work of art!
Other groovies? How about "Want" or "Bare"? Damn, there just WAY too many great Cure songs - lol!
Either way, I know anything the boys play will be awesome. I've never been disappointed with a Cure show. Welcome back Rob and Co.!

I couldn't imagine spending the most wonderful night and defining experience with my best friend and my best friend. Andreas (my husband and best friend) will be sitting in the stands where he enjoys a concert most. And I...will be in the 3rd floor with Mennis (aka Melanie or M as she prefers on the "net" and my best friend.) Serioulsy, your music is so fantastic that words seem stupid. I hope we hear our requests not that we made it a habit of having bands be at our "beckin' call" but I am thrilled beyond words to see you. You have a girl that knew nothing about you 6 months ago and now she is out of control. I can't wait for the show and the new CD. Also, maybe you could consider coming to Regina, Saskatchewan and perform at the Conexus Arts Centre? Tammy xo

I know how you feel
My Mum and cousin and i are all going to the show and were a bit upset (to say the least) when we found out we had to wait almost eight months for a show we've been wanting to see for years.

It was sublime, brilliant, fantastic... I have been a devotee for more than a quarter of a century, but it was my very first time experiencing you live (though never from lack of longing on my part D:)Well, naturally it was well and utterly worth the wait!
I have adored you all of these years for your brilliant music and I have admired you for everything you are about... now I add to that a deep and grateful respect for your generosity of spirit on stage.

I was delighted to see so many young fans there! (It's not that I ever, at any time, doubted your cultural relevance... it's just that I tend toward misanthropy, so that such things have the power to surprise me, heh.)
I went with a dear friend of mine who has been a fan from the start and it was far and above the *Best. Show. Ever.* for both of us. Everything down to the visuals was absolutely stunning. We also love this Cure incarnation... Porl, Simon, Jason... we love you!

Song Request - Friday I'm In Love
I see from "Chain of Flowers" (http://craigjparker.blogspot.com/) that the track "Friday I'm In Love" is not a sure thing.
Since this song was a big part of our wedding (i.e. we were married on a Friday), any chance of it making the set list for the Vancouver show? Here's wishing/hoping that it could.
