Better than I remember

It has been 16 years since I have seen The Cure in concert, and tonight they blew me away. Even with Robert's voice woes, he played a full 2.5 hour show with encores and all. A mix of old and new, and I heard songs I never expected to hear.

My husband went along (not really a big Cure fan), and he stated that it was one of the best shows he had ever seen.

Kudos to Robert for sticking it out and giving the fans more than we could ever ask for.

We can't wait for you to come back to Kansas City!!

WOW

My wife and I attended the show last night at the Patriot Center. The best way I can summarize the performance.......
It surpassed all of our expectations! From the moment they took the stage and began to play, until the last song ended after midnight, time stood still.
What a performance! We were more than happy to hear so many songs from Disintegration (favorite album) Rather you have seats close to the stage (like we did), or seats elsewhere, you will thoroughly enjoy the performance. Thank you Robert and all, for the music you've created and continue to create with never ending passion.

The Cure Set-List

I saw a set-list from the European leg of the tour and it looked awesome! Lots of old stuff, almost the entire Boys Don't Cry album. If anyone get the songs from the early US dates, please post. This show should make us for the lame "show" DM gave us a couple years ago.
