HTML is hyper-text markup language. All Internet pages have HTML. In most message boards and forums, you can upload pictures and videos using image and video tags, like [IMG] [\IMG]. If you put your pointer on this page, then right-click, then click "view source", you'll see the HTML for this entire page. For example, HTML is how you can change colors, boxes, borders, phots, and anything else on a computer page. It's how you can change the background of a myspace profile as well.
