What is the avatar of, that you want to use? How big is it? What's the dpi size? Maybe the person who does it is away at the moment.

Love you avatar, very cool. I have a photo but I have discovered my computer does not convert images into low res and I don't have a fkn scanner grrr. I'll see what I can do to work around it tonight. :)

Converting a high res image into low res

Ok if anyone else is having the same problem as I had, here's a solution.... (where theres' a will there's a way!!)

Create a fake selling item on Ebay. Load your photo or whatever as the pic. Add a price and something in the decription and go through to the next page. Go down to the bottom of that second page and click on 'Preview your listing' next to the List Your Item button. Go down to the larger picture (I think) and right mouse click and 'save picture as..'. Ta Da - low res pic! This pic was about the same size as the last one that I had approved.

If you kill the item when you've got the pic you won't put yourself up for sale!
