The Cure in Cleveland, Ohio (USA)?

I have been a big fan since about 91. Since 92 i have been able to see them on every tour. (Front row in 96!) Regrettably i missed the one this last Summer. (I live in Cleveland.)

I do not keep up with music at all. I got older and have kids and just dont have time to listen to music like i did in the past.

I missed the show as my wife didnt want to go and i didnt want to go by myself. The cure reminds her of the gloomy teenage years while it was an escape for me and i still very much enjoy them today.

Anyway- i was looking around on the site and see people in Cleveland talking about something on 10/20? A cure show perhaps? I cant figure out what they are talking about. Did the cure do another show that i can kick myself for?

I wish i could get email updates when something happens. I am supposed to get them from this site and ticketmaster, but i never do.

Ugh.

The Cure didn't do another show in Cleveland on 10/20. The Cure did a concert on 10/11 in Rome for Mtv Europe. The new Cure cd was released on 10/28 in the USA.

BTW- I went to the Cleveland show, and I drove from Charlotte NC, because I went to that show as well. I attended the Cleveland concert alone. My bf didn't go to that show he had been "Cured Out" by then. Then drove back to Cincinnati. You should have gone, it was a great concert.

Wasn't that a great show? I drove from Dayton, OH. It was my 20th wedding anniversay. What a night to remember....

Maybe Cinci?

Perhaps we can get them closer to us when they tour 4:13...Guess it doesn't matter. We'd probably drive for hours & hours to see them. I remember some folks coming down from Canada for the Cleveland show (and they lived north of Detroit in Canada). That's some dedication!

Oh hell, most fan run sites are better than here for info. Except for the rare times "MR. ALL CAPS" RSX post here. :P

You looked in the events section, right? The dates of the posts are incorrect. The website just changed and I've noticed, in the Events section, that the dates don't match the posts.

The Shows were in the Spring, so you only missed the one you already knew about:)
