Post things you love about Robert

I like when he fiddles with his amps during a concert. It makes him seem really smart like he knows all about electrical stuff. I hope he doesn't ever get electicuted, after I post this or I will feel kinda stupid. How about when there is a picture of him in a studio in front of a gazillion buttons and switches and all sorts of contraptions. How the heck does he know which button to press? He must be real smart!

Well I´m going to be very original with this...

-The music he writes
-His lyrics
-His sense of humor yes, that one is probably at the same spot as his music.

is his beautiful shy smile:) and of course the fact that he is a genius!

his face, his eyes are perfect ;), his smile, voice...
fiddles with his hands, when he sticks his tongue out

Robert's Hands

Rosepetals, I adore when Robert clasps his hands together up alongside his head as if stretching first thing after waking up in the morning...I always wondered if this was a sign to Mary, how romantic!

I'll need more room than this for my list.

Robert is:

What I love about Robert...

He is a great singer!... Your voice, lyrics, performance... He is my wine in many moments... He likes cats and I like cats too... :)

As much as he can...

...he does things how he wants to do them :)

OK..first off...

I love the way he speaks...he seem so sweet and shy...he seems very soft spoken

I love his goofy little dances

I love those cute little things he throws into songs like squeals and such...

I love his blue eyes...

I love how his eyebrows are a reddish color and his hair is black (hmmm...I wonder If his natural hair color is a lighter brown..possibly gray)

I love pretty much everything about Robert that has been presented to the public...

Behind closed doors "is where the real fun is"

I could go on and on.. but I'll just say that I love that he exists and makes such wonderful music.

I WANT COOL SHOES :P

In the video clips 'Never Enough' and 'Friday I'm in Love' Robert has mad cool shoes on and i want a pair!!!!
Anyways, my answer to this question is.... his fashion sense!!!!
I love what he wears.. In the film clip 'Love Cats' he is wearing this 80s suit thing!! He looks so cool!

First of all, your answer was so charming Rosepetals. You come up with some funny stuff.

I think it's really sexy that he plays several instruments, particularly the cello and violin, which are very difficult instruments to play. I think he's been blessed by God above with a bit of musical genius. I love the range and emotion in his voice. I love his accent in interviews and how he seems kind of shy.

I think it's very sweet that he's still so in love with Mary and he's so faithful to her. I like how he sings with conviction and tells a story in his songs, for example in "How Beautiful You Are." I think he has good taste in music and I like that he seems to take into consideration what his fans want (like this new website, for example). I could go on and on.

that not one of you mentioned that you love when Robert plays nekkid tennis! What's wrong with you people?? I am going to start taking lessons, now that I found out about this tennis thing of his. A lot of you sound pretty obessed with him. Glad I am not at that point. Some of you definitely need to chill because you may possibly skeer him away.

Gosh darn if I only knew what brand of foot spray he uses I could sleep better.

LOL Footspray? you're weird! I have a Tennis block in my brain from my childhood of boring Summer television with my Mum screaming at the screen (child abuse?). Robert playing tennis nekkid can't even penetrate my brain.

I'm getting a laugh out of this thread because I can only imagine what his wife would have to say about this. Especially the "Robert is the perfect man" comment.

I can see her rolling her eyes, going "Perfect, my ass. Perfect mess, maybe. He leaves the toilet seat up so I fall in when I have to go in the middle of the night. He doesn't seem to know what a hamper is for, I'm alway picking up dirty socks. He snores, and I have to push him to roll over so I can get some sleep. And he's always using up my best red lipstick. It seems like everytime I have a new tube, it disappears on me. I find it later in his pants pocket, and he acts all innocent. Don't even get me started on the amount of hairspray he goes thru. The countertop is just about shelacked....if only they knew......"

LOL, We admire from afar. I'm sure living with him is a different affair.

But I will say what I love about RS is that deep growlly voice on the verge of a purr he gets in some songs (like at the end of the Real Snow White)

It's all about the music

Robert is a genius - musically and lyrically. That pretty much sums it up for me. I could care less what he looks like, what he does in his private life, etc. Just as long as that wonderful music is there.

I agree with this.

I also love the way Robert and The Cure put out about 1000% at every show: long sets, great sets, and true commitment to what they're doing up there. :)

And I love the way Robert has been able to be a smart, unique individual and not a boring homogenized rock star. He is who he is, which is really something I admire in him.

what i like about Robert...is,of course, his music, the fact that he persevered in a shit industry, and stayed grounded. I only ran into Robert once, but he was an overall nice, approachable guy.
