Delay in receiving official cure merchandise from sandbag,com

Is anyone else experiencing problems with sandbag.com?
My husband has been waiting for an order for over five weeks now! He had an e.mail before Christmas, to say that it had been dispatched, but still no joy...& it's my Christmas presents! :-(

I know mail from the UK is slow but that's awful that it's really slow within the country itself.

The email said that it can take up to 15 days from dispatch date & it has been 22 days now!
Grr!

Still not turned up! Sent another e.mail to sandbag & they say that they are going to give us a refund! So disappointed, would of preferred the poster & badges! Don't trust them to try & re-order! Grr!

I've had things go missing from the post before and it's so annoying when it happens. My order from them arrived OK.

i got a tour t-shirt from them... it took around 15 days to receive from UK, which is normal (to the US east coast).

the shirt design is cool but fabric quality is crap ~ ordered an XXL thinking it'd be a fun nightshirt... paper thin, fits like a leotard and hangs down to my knees. prolly be a good fit for a 7ft anorexia patient. actually, its good its so flimsy 'cuz i can still sleep in it comfortably...

sorry to hear of your ordering troubles. i buy stuff from overseas often and rarely have problems... maybe i'm lucky(?)

If I am right you will get an alert that someone has answered your thread, the one time I've ordered from sandbag the stuff came pretty quick, but what I really want to know is the answer to your trivia question!! hope your stuff has come by now..
