I've not heard any news about Jason leaving The Cure, and the Pumpkins are rumoured to have some heavy touring ahead this year in support of the new album and next reissues. Still, good to see some Mike Byrne support. I think he was still finding his style on the early TbK recordings, but I saw them last November and he'd improved immensely. Really tight and heavy, really nailed the Siamese Dream material. Any Pumpkins lineup that can pull off Geek U.S.A. is fine by me. Quote

I've not heard any news about Jason leaving The Cure, and the Pumpkins are rumoured to have some heavy touring ahead this year in support of the new album and next reissues.

Still, good to see some Mike Byrne support. I think he was still finding his style on the early TbK recordings, but I saw them last November and he'd improved immensely. Really tight and heavy, really nailed the Siamese Dream material. Any Pumpkins lineup that can pull off Geek U.S.A. is fine by me.

i know that old fans of sp hate mike and say too many bad things about him as old cure fans do to jason.
