Forgot about this yesterday, and just bought it. I like it a lot:)

I think he made it his own.


I actually want to see Frankenweenie-and I was getting tired of Tim B.( and more so, Johnny Depp in all of his movies - predictable & jd is a bit too cool for me), so yeah- looks like a good movie & song - daughter has weenie dog and is dying to see it;)

I think it'd be cool and wonderful in the extreme if The Cure would do a soundtrack for an original Burton film (that transcended the usual Burton), AND got back to SCARY cure sounds, for sure...something like the megamix version of fascination street. yeah.
I think that would be just supremely excellent, the visuals with the music and sounds in a darkened auditorium...
but also not being too obvious about it...maybe in some parts. AH I LOVE THE CURE. ok, i'm done.

I have mixed feelings about Burton anymore. I like that his films are on the darker/whimsical side of things, but I feel like we always see the same thing, just re-hashed. I think his best films were "Sweeney Todd" and "Sleepy Hollow". I've not heard Witchcraft yet, all I can imagine when I think of that song is Robert dressed like Frank Sinatra, crooning with a highball in one hand and microphone in the other, haha :)

I'd like to see the video to this song...Robert looking dapper in a tux with big black hair and dark eyes with a zombie band playing in the back...better than Frank :)
