Re: Hm this board is looking a bit bare....I have to say the one and only Cure show I have been to...August 8, 07, Brisbane, Australia. Probably not the best venue sound wise, and I think there were a few technical hiccups, but being my first show, of course I was just in pure utter awe.

I saw them the year before at the Tivolli and that was much better... The smaller venues are alot more personal IMO too.

Re: Hm this board is looking a bit bare....I've been to three concerts. The first was The Prayer Tour in 1989. That was actually my first concert ever! The second was in 1992 when I was pregnant with my daughter. We had awesome seats and were up close. Robert is so gorgeous.

And they were right up the front too...in fact we were 3 rows back and we were surrounded by people our age and older with their 8, 9, 10 year olds, and they all loved it. I distinctly remember a little boy with his dad, who beside me...the little boy couldn't see much, but his dad lifted him up a few times, and when he did, the look of awe on his face was just priceless. I would love to take my son to the next show in Australia (really hoping there is a next one!!!).
