Robert wasn't feeling well but performed anyways. Being my first Cure concert I was blown away. I came a fan and left a fanatic. Robert made a comment that he had always said he wouldn't play a theater but there he was. If it were not for him playing that smaller venue I would never have been able to see them (I still drove 120 miles to get there). I hope you come back to KC Robert I will be first in line for the tickets! Thank you for an unforgettable show. Quote

Smaller Venues- Thanks Robert

Smaller venues are always better IMO. Much more personal and intimate. I'd love to see the Cure play in a smaller venue!

Smaller venues are always better, but what I was getting at was; had they not played this venue, I doubt I could have ever seen them live.
On a side note, while Robert was not well and apologized for his performance, I was really impressed with his commitment to the fans to perform anyways, and even though he was sick they put on an awesome show!

Sorry, I did miss that point you made.
And that kind of dedication seems to be mission with a lot of bands, particularly newer ones

I saw his apology to the KC fans on Youtube. Glad you had a great time! And glad they played somewhere where you could see them!
