| the-oogie-boogie-man | Smaller Venues- Thanks RobertI took the wife to see The Cure in Kansas City at the Starlight Theater in 2008. Robert wasn't feeling well but performed anyways. Being my first Cure concert I was blown away. I came a fan and left a fanatic. Robert made a comment that he had always said he wouldn't play a theater but there he was. If it were not for him playing that smaller venue I would never have been able to see them (I still drove 120 miles to get there). I hope you come back to KC Robert I will be first in line for the tickets! Thank you for an unforgettable show. |

Re: Smaller Venues- Thanks RobertSmaller venues are always better IMO. Much more personal and intimate. I'd love to see the Cure play in a smaller venue!

Re: Smaller Venues- Thanks RobertSmaller venues are always better, but what I was getting at was; had they not played this venue, I doubt I could have ever seen them live.
