If The Cure were to perform each album live...which city best fits each album?

When The Cure decided to perform the Trilogy concerts, much consideration was put into which city would best compliment the atmosphere of the albums in question.

So I propose to you to choose which cities would best compliment each studio album by The Cure. Oh and each album has to be in a different city! :)

Here is my list:

Three Imaginary Boys - Tucson, Arizona USA
Seventeen Seconds - Paris, France [preferably on a rainy day :)]
Faith - Prague, Czech Republic
Pornography - Berlin, Germany
The Top - London, England
The Head on the Door - Los Angeles, California USA
Kiss Me, Kiss Me, Kiss Me - Las Vegas, Nevada USA
Disintegration - Rome, Italy
Wish - Detroit, Michigan USA
WIld Mood Swings - Mexico City, Mexico
Bloodflowers - Montreal, Quebec CANADA
The Cure - Wellington, New Zealand
4:13 Dream - Sydney, Australia

LOL yes The Top makes me think of London. But I suppose all of the albums work there so it was hard to choose :)

...Oh Cats, if you only knew...The Top is perfect for London, and it is the best, trippy album they've ever done.....

....I am giving away my age, which I never do, I look great for it, thanks to my mum, a Scot with great skin (and Retin A)...I was in London in 1984, what a Summer, a High School gift to my self shall we say...I spent 3 weeks, maybe 4...in a Uni Dorm that we (friend and I) rented out...I was 16 turned 17....that summer...I met another friend that just happened to be on a holiday/vacation at the time.....she loved Pete Townsend....and wanted to see his Eel Pie Studios.....I was like ugh....ok...so we did these drugs she smuggled in and got on the tube to Twickenham...

....well, it becomes a surface train after awhile....we walk and walk go to the studio and walk around like 4 times, it is round....and this guy comes out....and asks if he can help us....she said is Pete there...he goes no he is on holiday in Cornwall...so we go okay and leave....little did I know that Robert was there just 6 months before recording and stuff....not a big story, but every time I listen to the Top I see Eel Pie studios in my head...I am so grateful for that long train ride to go see that awful Pete Townsend, but great Studio.....

....I feel that the 1984 line-up is the best Cure line-up...I just think that they had an energy that was so palatable.....I love Andy's drums, and I do like Phil, I think the whole line-up, the music, the drugs, the timing, everything just clicked....I see vids of them and every performance is amazing...you can see it...but Roger is my fave next to Robert...

....so....London is The Top....one of the very best Cure Albums....

Re: If The Cure were to perform each album live...which city best fits each album?

Certainly the best place to perform all albums live - would be in my living-room in Herne, Germany. But because there is not enough space at my home here is my selection:
Three Imaginary Boys - Bochum, Germany
Seventeen Seconds - Paris, France
Faith - Rome, Italy
Pornography - Hamburg, Germany
The Top - London, England
The Head on the Door - Edinburgh, Scotland
Kiss Me, Kiss Me, Kiss Me - Las Vegas, USA
Disintegration - Moscow, Russia
Wish - Sydney, Australia
Wild Mood Swings - New York, USA
Bloodflowers - Portree, Scotland (Isle of Skye)
The Cure - Crawley, England
4:13 Dream - Los Angeles, USA

...what? when did you get warned off? I admit it took me awhile to even listen to it, but I was hooked the first time...I remember people in my highschool were like the new Cure is awful the older stuff (Porno, Top, Faith, etc) is better...no the Top is for purists really...awesome stuff...
