However, The Cure is a wonderful thing and I feel the need to share. My husband introduced me to The Cure when we first met and told me stories of the teen clubs he would dance in when he was younger, and I fell in love with the music. Now I'm happy to say that The Cure and Robert Smith have a new fan, a 2 year old, who runs around doing her best impression of the Robert Smith screech. She has to have 17 Seconds out where she can find it. I've worn out one disc. A Forest seems to be her favorite! Well, Robert Smith I do hope you read this and it makes you smile. Your music has crossed so many generations and will remain A Wonderful Thing. Quote

Robert certainly used to definitely read this forum, and occasionally post. Whether he reads this part of the site any more, I don't know. I'd hope he would. But it's fantastic that there's such a young new fan! Thanks for sharing :-)

That's so wonderful!
Now I am 17 and still crazy about the CURE and especially about Robert's voice!!! :) My parents were really big fans of this band. So I've been listening to the Cure since I was born. I remember me dancing "Killing an Arab", "Boy's don't cry", "In between days" and many more songs when I was 4-5 years old.
