Re: Pillbox tales

Hmm... Pillbox Tales is the b-side of the Boys Don't Cry 1986 12" re-release, but recorded in 1979. As far as I know it wasn't released by itself as a numbered limited edition

It seems like an unofficially released rarities as it's got See The Children, etc on. Worth getting if a collector ;-)

@Cats_n_cheese Yes! that is exactly it! I stumbled across it at a local record shop in santa cruz and had to buy it instantly x) but since this record shop seals almost all of their records i had to wait until i got home to really check it out and research it. What I found was close to nothing hahaha. Although I did find this helpful blog..

Thanks for the response, I was very very very curious about this record especially since the cover is what appears to be some sort of sketch for the Three Imaginary Boys album cover.
although I'm almost positive it's definitely a bootleg the tunes sound awesome so I'm very pleased :}

I think it's a bootleg for sure, and it seems to be a Belgian release? Still, there are some rare ones on there, great for fans of rare songs and if you're a collector! I'm debating buying it ;-)
