I don't know if they will choose to have the MODs identities known but if they don't, we should still get contact info like an email or something so if we have a private matter, we can contact them and let them know our problems we are having with a user or whatever. If they do make the MODs known, maybe make a pm system so we can send our concerns to them in private. I know some users will not be comfortable saying their concerns out in public profile. Quote

I don't know if they will choose to have the MODs identities known but if they don't, we should still get contact info like an email or something so if we have a private matter, we can contact them and let them know our problems we are having with a user or whatever. If they do make the MODs known, maybe make a pm system so we can send our concerns to them in private. I know some users will not be comfortable saying their concerns out in public profile.

I doubt there will ever be any contact mode for a moderator...never has been before..they just deleted as they see fit.

Uhm, but all problems might not be so obvious. There still should be an email or some form of private contact.

that is actually a really good idea, holly. the cure mfc has all of this. private messaging AND the mods are known. there are even different mods for different areas of the forum.

pming is on most forums that I've seen...
plus knowing the mods, and having them visible, creates a much better atmosphere...I think we've proven that we want and need this particular feature..

I agree, and surely it cant be THAT hard as it seems to be most other forums, several that I go to in particular.......... very clear who is the mod, whatt he rules are, and how to contact them
