ANYONE, who uses a band members name falsely to enter the forum should be dealt with immediately. Luckily, there are experienced posters who have been able to identify the anomalies in the "official" insignias, but due to the large number of new members, it is unacceptable that anyone, in an official capacity be permitted to use a sign in name which is NOT THEIRS. We have seen the destruction caused by someone claiming to be a person in authority, which was proven to be false. DO NOT allow false and misleading representation. It is in the bands' best interests that the individual posting or logged in as a band member is exactly that. It is in this forums' best interests that this is addressed and dealt with. Thankyou. YES. We know that in the past the band has been concerned about those impersonating them online. They certainly should not have to worry about that happening on the OFFICIAL SITE.

It should be of the utmost importance for the administrators here to ensure that anyone posting under an 'official' alias is exactly who they claim to be. The administrators should also be monitoring this site to ensure that nobody is claiming ambiguous screen names or misleading fans.
