IGA, please lift ban on Toady and other innocents

Just in case you didn't see on the general forum...

This ban has gone on too long and was done by someone who shouldn't have had the authority to do so!

Seconded, and adding the list of the "cannot log in/have not returned" users from the other Forum.

I think that we can all vouch that the people mentioned here are NOT trolls, did NOTHING to deserve to be permanently banished, and would be welcomed back here.
