Plus Coachella regular Bright Eyes Connor Oberst already (in Big Sur) ignored my invitation to tea. Instead of sharing a table with me, I think Connor Oberst took a long hike out to some stone shrine. When he arrived, the wind in the pines whispered in his ear: "Rub the master's tummy for good luck". And he did! So did Michael Stipe,and Ed Vedder. Tea with me has got to be dull compared since I want to light a candle at the foot of an old cross and ask us what we see? Sorry to the Cure for inking these back pages but this is YOUR invitation- Robbie Smith- to tea with Carina Tootle on the large Pacific island nation of California. Quote

Of course anything I write is more buried than old Egypt in this vast counrty of the USA so Connor Oberst and Michael Stipe may not have been able to read my invitations but anyone who thinks those two and their fans are not flamming fence sitting falling backwards neo-buddhists may be deafer than me.
