Misleading info about Royal Albert Hall gig - major disappointmentI was disappointed on Friday not to get tickets for the upcoming Cure gig at the Royal Albert Hall.
I feel that this was mainly due to the misleading information you sent out from this website about how to get tickets. I joined this site for the very reason of keeping informed of upcoming gigs. Your email implied that the only site to get tickets from was the www.bookingsdirect.com site. And so at 9am I was on the site an waiting - unfortunately by 9.10 there was still no sign of the ticket sale. At this point I decided to phone and when I got through was told it was sold out and they had only had a few tickets because they were not the main seller.
It was then that I thought of going to the Royal Albert Hall site and joined the queue at 3500 - which proved to be too far back to get any tickets.
I do feel that if the Albert Hall website was mentioned in you email I would have had more chance and wouldn't be missing the gig of the year of my favourite band.
I hope you take this information on-board with your future communications.
