I live in an outer suburb of Melbourne in Australia, but I grew up in Geelong which is the gateway to our state's surf coast. Bells Beach is a 15 minute scoot down the highway and there is not such thing as monsoon season, (the movie Point Break.)

I'm from Ohio, near Lake Erie. It's considered the midwest of the country. I'm about 5 hours east of Chicago.

It's okay, I'd much rather live in the UK or someplace more scenic. I love your weather! It gets a little too hot for me here in summer :(

Would you ladies like to trade climates? We had waay too much summer. Every day was over 90 degrees and sweltering humidity! I felt like I was boiling in my skin, too much heat for this girl :) Autumn is upon us, so now I'm happy about the cooler weather and falling leaves :) It's so pretty

autumn is great, except for the lack of day hours. but I like the cosy feelings I get :-)

But soon it will be dark when I go to work AND when I get off. hoping to keep the office above ground, and not get moved down to the basement. spending the few light hours a day in a basement.......people will end up thinking i´m a vampire :-)

okay, meters are probably too exaggerated... but 1/2-1 meter I would say is also enough for me. luckily it has been + degrees today, so most of it has already gone :-)

My project is called "The Twilight Garden"... The name is kind of a mix between the cure song "This Twilight Garden" (I love The Cure and that song dearly), and the band name "The Tear Garden" (I love this band dearly as well).

Maybe The Cure will be playing a show while I'm in Europe and I could go. That would be awesome :)

Yes! In the clubs they used to play that stuff a lot a while back. I loved hearing "Worlock" by Skinny Puppy - AMAZING track :) I think that's my favorite Puppy track. As far as the Pink Dots, if I remember right, I ended up at one of their concerts or something and liked it a lot - so I started getting their albums. Lots of great stuff there too.

In regard to my profile pic, the artist's name is Mario Sanchez Nevado. I discovered him at deviantart.com. I think he is INCREDIBLE. A massive talent. When I first approached him about doing the cover for my album, I was afraid he would turn me down. When I discovered that he was happy to work with me, I was thrilled. I love his work - he is seriously talented. Check out his page here: http://aegis-strife.net - I really love his art.

Wow... I feel like I'm just babbling on now. I should stop. Well - check out Mario's page if you have some time.
