Has there ever been and acoustic version of "Friday I'm in Love"?

Yes, the greatest hits album released in 2001 has a second CD which is an acoustic version of all the tracks on that album, including Friday I'm in love, there is a more recent version which I'm sure is on youtube, I have a copy in my ipod anyway,enjoy its pretty easy to find, my favourite version of that song.

Thanks for responding. I did find that. I was hoping to find a different interpretation. This song might be even more amazing if it were recorded with just a guitar, a voice with a different interpretation.

Anyway to get in touch with the artists? It would mean so much to me on such a deep level, that I don't think I can even share without the risk of losing it.

Ah sorry it wasn't what you were looking for , I'm sure you have seen the footage posted of Bilbao this year, a solo of 3 tracks, not Friday I'm in love, but does include Boys don't cry,just RS and his guitar.

I've never talked to Roger about the Cure on twitter. He's a big Apple fan so that's been the majority of our chats!
