I love it, I haven't heard the Cure in years, but it's great to see that they are still making meaningful and truly relevant music today. Wish I could say the same for other "musicians" out there.

This DVD is amazing. I was curious about it becouse of the line change , without keyboards. But it was a great surprise how Porl played and he was perfect with the acords and effects. Thank's Cure.

I BOUGHT THE DVD AFTER THE CHARLOTTE SHOW CANCELED IN SEPT 2008.IT WAS SO GOOD I VOWED TO BUY BETTER TICKETS FOR THE JUNE 2008 SHOW. I DID. IT WAS AN EXCELLENT SHOW.PERFECT SHOW AND A PERFECT CROWD. THE WHOLE ARENA STOOD UP FOR THE WHOLE DURATION OF THE SHOW AND DANCED AND SANG..EVERYONE WAS INTO IT, LIKE ITS SUPPOSE TO BE
The drawning man again...
For the individual wanting to know what Robert says in the intro to "The Drowning Man" and I posted the actual song words...dah...sorry about that. I did listen to it a few times and I can only make out "We're going to try this for the first time...this is the drowning man." That's all I could make out. I have a friend that has closed caption on her TV that we have been trying to figure out so if we can and it shows what he is saying I'll get back to you on this. Sorry for the confusion of what you were actually wanting to find out.

I absolutely love the song "The Blood". What an amazing song. Love the whole DVD period. A different, fun, somewhat psychedelic way to view them and so diffent from the "Triology" DVD. I am glad I bought it.

was this the video...
made up of footage shot by audience members? I was skeptical about how good it would look, but the effect is better than I expected. Suppose the question isn't "who shot this" but "who edited this" I guess they must have had a professional camera at the same time, some of those shots couldn't have come from the crowd. The video fit the music really well in places, but other times I was wishing for some longer takes.
What would be the most perfect concert video ever?? The entire show shot from four or five different cameras, and a copy of iMovie so you could assemble it yourself.
Listening to this I am SOOOO looking forward to seeing the tour. The lineup is great.

I have only recently started listening to The Cure. I remember growing up and liking the songs but I never quite made the leap to buying an album until recently. I'm so glad I did, as I've been missing out!
A BIG thank you to The Cure for making your way to Perth (we're often over-looked). I had an AMAZING time.
Hands down, one of the best shows I've seen. Robert still sings with alot of feeling and so I left feeling as though I had a better understanding of the songs I've grown to love. Next time I won't be booking seats so I can dance like a freak and not be worried about the people behind me.

I am one of the ones that moved to Miami for the last concert.
I was very happy to see you, as much as I could because everybody is very tall in Miami and I am not so.
It was a moving concert that I am not going to forget easily. The place, FANTASTIC, a lot of space to be. And on the floor, green, oh yes. However I was surprised, if not annoyed with the repertory you choosed to sing.To be honest I did not understood a word.To be honest I have to say that I hardly hear nothing. And ovbiously I was there and very there because I was inmensilly happy to be in the States, and moreover in Miami. I was not dressed as I would have liked neither I was properly maked up for the event, because the bastards of he french kept my luggage in Paris that night with no reason, I mean, reasonable reason. I was enchanted to see you. Thank you for the concert.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE for the next tour, chose a sound engineer who's not deaf !!!
You're the BEST LIVE BAND IN THE WORLD, yet all your talent and your beautiful songs are ruined and wrecked by the want of a sound that allows us to hear them right. It didn't use to be like this before 2005.

Long time ago, in a place called Xativa, in Valencian Comunity, Spain. A place that was devastated after a Battle , very strange battle, one part was full of french and leaded by an english man. The other was full of english and leaded by a french man. The english won. Not the english but the only alone english with the french. The thing is that after this battle, the city had the most incredible represaly in the history in Europe, never seen before neither after.
Well, in this city, at the castle, some years ago, a voice apparently by its own, proclaimed a way to find the way to overcame the very worst problem that this planet have in reality. OVERCROWDING. So, against this problem only one wise thing can be done. To find more space for the crowd. So that seems to be almost done. The trouble is that it seems to be unreacheable at this point. FOR EVERYBODY. It is a pity, money cannot solve the question. There is no means at all in the earth to get there. At least visible means.
The voice at the Xativa Castle, talked of something like, ethics?. What the hell has that to do with the matter?.
The question is, and I afirm that it is, there is means to reach there. However, the trouble consists in that the planet earth must be in peace.ALL THE PLANET EARTH.
That is in resume of I do not know how many hours, the voice talked and talked, just to say so.
It is difficult to be in peace when there is no hope. There is always something that brings up again another entanglement, and other and other, the neverending history.
However. Having hope, and there is, firstable, bringing back Tibet to a peace place, runned by Tenzing Gyatso, also known as H.H. the Dalai Lama, could be a good start.

Beautiful interview in France 2003. I have also thought always that faith is a horripilant word. In fact is the only Cure Album that I do not listen, mainly because of the name. What to say? Only, where you came from? The stars... obvious answer. You say that from Blackpool, that is what you say. But, as much I am feed, in my own home, and with my son, and, with my "faith" time to time I feel secure.Otherwise keep running from "something" I do not know, fear of fear itself, maybe. However, when there is fear of something is because there is some reason behind. That is my phylosophy. Anyway. Sorry I keep writting...

I have to say that I am finding very difficult by now what to choose, I mean, what I like more?
The studio albums? Yes at the begginning. I did not liked much the live concerts, here the perfectionist.
The concerts? I have changed my mind, just after watching some of the latest concerts, and also some old too, ah such a difficult task to choose!
And the videos? Well, most of them are so enyoyable...
but, what about the interviews to you?. why don't you put them all in a video?
They are absolutly FANTASTIC.
Its not disminishing you to say that I cant stop laughing, it is a pity they are not all toghether though it will be a bit strange, I know. And with a book with all the words of the non video taped ones. Oh, yes!
