To answer your question...I'm not exactly sure how long it takes to receive mail from TX to Argentina. I know when I've mailed packages to France it look almost two weeks. I guess really depends on how much you're willing to pay for postage. The more you pay the quicker it gets to your desired destination. Hope this helps.
