...however, I just checked their line-up on the events page...I saw some great acts...Echo and the Bunnymen, Gary Numan, and Gorrilaz....I really like Blur and Damon should be there with them...it looks a bit better this year.... ....I hope everything is going well...hopefully we are done digging out in the east now...ugh...tough winter...I actually just walked for 6 days in a row...and slept through the last 3 nights for about 7 hours at a clip...unbelievable...I should exercise harder but it is a beginning...I am good in the water....take care...I hope you and your family and friends are doing well.....

Wanted to say, I wish you the best of luck beating or at least controlling your depression. I know, it sometimes feels like there is no way out of it, but there is. It actually takes yourself or the strong support of others to overcome it. Take it one day at a time, and learn to find the source of what is making you feel that way. It happens to the best of us. I made some pretty stupid mistakes in the past when I was already dealing with depression. One that comes to mind, and I wished I hadn't back in late 2006. It made my problems exacerbated 10 times what they were then. It's not easy, but the less you invite negativity in, the better you could be. It's not an easy task to control life, but try to keep the negative out and bring more positive in. Wish I would have followed my own advice. Take care. Best of luck always, Melinda

I saw your thread on the forum page about depression. I feel more comfortable responding to you on your page. First off, I'm sorry that you have been feeling so down the last couple of months. But i just want to say that I often feel this way too....(so I'm not sure how great my tips are gonna be). One thing I can say is to grasp onto those little moments that come that make you smile or laugh-- those glimmers of hope. I know it can be frustrating sometimes because we can't understand why we feel the way we do. All I can say is that sometimes you have to ride the wave out and most of all don't isolate yourself too much. I know that's hard too because we don't want to "bring anyone down" or be the "debbie downer." For me, i like to have something to look forward to (ie a trip). I also hear that exercise is good too. There's got to be something that inspires you and takes you away from those feelings...even for an hour a day. If you need to talk I'm here. :) ~~Sarah

To answer what you posted on the board about depression....get out of the house, you'll feel much better...try to get some sun for about 10 minutes a day and most important...talk to your doctor and don't be embarrased if he/she thinks you may need to be on some medication. I had post-partum depression after my 2nd son was born and still suffer from depression.

I can't stand how things work out when its all well meant, i know RH is defending your reasons for the topic and her own, and am defending mine...which to my mind was proven last night. Nicole, i just want to say sorry if you think and feel that i disrespected the thread you made about missing people, i feel the same about missing the people who left and i am sorry that i might of wrote in a manner that seemed i didn't take that into account. i do genuinely want people back, their is sooo much to miss, but after soo much silliness and hurtfulness i do find it hard to be feel as you, and others do, about parts of it all.
