where i live? im far away from US that's all i can tell ya :D it really isnt that hard to get this thing to work... 3 pretty easy steps and there you go. it will prob work on your computer, no need to have super fast :) ok try first to install Audacity, then get your hands on a copy of autotune VST.. in case you dont want the license to expire, go and get the full version instead

first, do you even have the program? if you dont, try to get a "free" version on the net, or even better download the full version illegal. the program you need is called autotune VST. (if you cant find one i could give you mine) second thing you need is a recording software. easiest to use is audacity, latest version here: http://audacity.googlecode.com/files/audacity-win-unicode-1.3.11.exe when you done installed those programs its time to add autotune into audacity.. just ask if you get trouble with it
