Dear James, I am so sorry, because I haven't been on the forum, and I only just noticed your comment under my comments tab on my page. I just want to say that I am very sorry for the loss of your mom. I know that words cannot describe the pain of losing a parent, as I lost my dad when I was 10 years old. So, I know the pain and hearbreak you are going through. My mom, my husband, and I all prayed for your mom. I was really hoping that I would be able to get an autograph for her. My friends and I even snuck backstage, but the security guy made us leave (lol). Lisa said your mom got a kick out of that story, which made me happy. I wouldn't have done that if it weren't for your mom. It's not that I didn't want to meet them, because I would love to, but I had a higher purpose, since Lisa had told me your mom only had a few months to live. Sadly, it was shorter than that. From personal experience, I know that no words can help during a time like this, but perhaps it gives you some peace that she is not suffering and in pain. I watched my dad go in and out of intensive care and suffer tremendously for approximately 7 months before he passed away. I really wish I could have done more for your mom. I have been a Cure fan since I was 12, so we have a lot in common, some of which is quite sad. I hope you did play The Cure at your mom's funeral, because, from what Lisa told me, your mom was a huge fan. I'm sure if you did, she was smiling from Heaven. I don't think it's morbid to put something Cure-related at the cemetery either, since the band and the music were part of your mom's life. I sent you a friend request here. I don't know if you come here very often, but, if you ever need someone to talk to, I am here. Lisa has my e-mail address as well. Your family has been in my thoughts and prayers. And, thank you for stopping by and saying such kind words to me, when you are going through such a difficult period. Take care, and may God bless you and keep you during this time. Nicole
