lol, yeah, they're the strongest people in the world, I'd love to be like that. They don't spend THAT much time in the gym, because if you spend more than 6-7 hours a week your body isn't able to recover from it. 7 days a week? no way, 3. You can't recover quickly enough to do more effectively unless you're on vitamin "S". My cardio isn't bad because I bike places as I am car-less, but the big heavy guys usually do sled pulling and stuff like that.

Yeah, it's my Squat, Bench and Deadlift respectively. For my weight class its "apparently" really good, I'm going for National records in December.

Well, Powerlifting contests the Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift, and my numbers are 405, 270, 465 at 180lbs bodyweight. The over-head stuff I think you're thinking of is Olympic Weightlifting. Psssshh, I wish my school was cool enough to have that.

I do like to play most sports, casually, i.e. pick-up football, hockey, soccer etc. I compete in Powerlifting, but other than that haven't done organized sports in years. I'll watch Strength sports (Olympic Weightlifting, Strongman comp.s or Powerlifting) but other than that only like Super Bowl, World Cup finals, and the HUGE stuff like that.
