to the hospital and back...or over the river and through the woods. Most of my agitating is on hiatus for the moment. I'm just trying to get through the last of the semester well...but this semester has had it's druthers tossed about in laundry...

I just found some old poems from when I was ill and the last one ended with 'Feeling the emptiness of life without battle'. After I had battled the illness in my head so long I couldn't stand the quiet in it to the point that I was putting a pillow over my face. I didn't want to die so screamed out for help. I would never have thought that peace could lead to despair. With help I learnt how to re program my head and it worked. I am so lucky. Keep strong xoxo
